At MissMayBoutiquStudio, we want you to enjoy your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
North America Returns (Canada & United States)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for customers located in Canada and the United States.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request a Return

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
International Orders (Outside North America)
Due to high international shipping costs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
However, we will gladly assist customers if an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Significantly different from the product description
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
